Stephen helped me find a community I was comfortable with and sat with me to understand what my needs would be for my stay. He also helped me with the paperwork and details of my application. He was so very patient and respectful. Stephen listened and reassured me I would not be alone during this big undertaking, he would be there for me during and after my move. He put my mind at ease when it came time to pack up 50 years of my accumulated belongings and sort through what I needed to take to my new home. Stephen continues to follow up with me and asks how I am doing. This was a very big step for me and with Golden Family Guidance and Stephens help; I now enjoy my new home.
